Yan's Crafty policies is as follows.

Payment:

1. Payment method: E-payment / bank transfer
2. Deadline: Payment must be made within 2 days. If payment not received within 2 days, order(s) are cancelled automatically.

Shipping:

1. Shipping method: Pos Laju / Pos Express
2. Shipping date: Delivery within 3 working days upon received of payment.
3. International Shipping: Please contact Yan's Crafty (Eva) via e-mail (evang_yanyan@yahoo.com) for further details.

Refunds & Exchanges:

1. All sales are final.
2. All handmade accessories, arts & crafts are non-refundable.
3. Yan's Crafty will not held any responsibility for any damages / lost during delivery.

 General:

1. Price quoted are excluded of postage fees. Shipment is available for worldwide.
2. All handmade items are 100% handmade by Yan's Crafty.
3. Colors may be slightly vary from photos & its original products.

Custom orders:
1. Remade is possible if materials is still available.
2. Bulk-Orders: Size of decoration items maybe slightly vary due to handmade.
3. Customized/Bulk-Order: Please allow at least 2 weeks for Yan's Crafty to hand-craft the handmade items.
